• Every time i come to highlands in Gaston the staff are very friendly and helpful, i honestly have no complaints on the care, or the cleanliness of the facility.

• Haven has just moved into this new role and is making giant strides in improvement of not only the building and staff but residence morale which is so important!!!! Love to see the positive changes headed in this positive direction!

• I am looking for assisted living for my sister and recently did a tour of Highlands with Katelyn. She couldn’t have been more helpful. I was impressed with the facility and staff and I am definitely considering Highlands as a home for her.

• Jenohn, Edricka, and Shreya have been absolutely phenomenal in helping us with my father in law all the way through his diagnosis, multiple escape attempts, stabilization and even in his passing. We will FOREVER be grateful 🙏

• I remember when my mom Blaire Crawford first stated working here because I would go visit my grandma Patricia McDaniel “MA” it would always smell so bad and it was so depressing. But now she has turned the facility all the way around were you walk in and feel welcomed and it’s like my home and I think she has did an amazing job.
