• I’ve had a great experience with Highlands Senior Living in Rome, GA. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly treats the residents like family. The facility is clean, welcoming, and provides a comfortable environment for seniors. You can tell they genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of the residents. The communication with families is also appreciated, and the atmosphere feels warm and supportive. I would definitely recommend Highlands Senior Living to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.

• Kayla the assistant director has been amazing. The whole staff are very friendly and made my Mother feel very welcome. The facility is very clean and smells great. Its all one level and very easy for residents to get around. The directors office and nurses staion is in the very middle so they can see everything going on and make sure the residents are taken care of. I would definately recommend this place to anyone with an elderly parent who has to go in assisted living.

• I recently visited my mother at Highlands Senior Living, and I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Erica McDaniel and Ms. Kayla. From the moment I arrived, they both made me feel welcomed and comfortable. During my visit, they were hosting a dinner, and not only was the atmosphere warm and inviting, but they even went out of their way to offer me a meal as well. That small gesture meant a lot and really showed their kindness and hospitality. It’s reassuring to know my mother is in a place where the staff is so attentive, compassionate, and thoughtful. Erica and Ms. Kayla clearly go above and beyond to create a positive environment for everyone. I’m very grateful for the care they provide.

• This facility continues to improve with every passing month. The caregivers are thoughtful and compassionate. The management team always provides the best professionalism around! Kayla was so sweet and did not rush me to make any decisions. She introduced me to the exceptional management team led by all women who share pride in what they do. The facility smelt nice and I was greeted upon entry. 10/10 would return.

• I have visited this Facility atleast 3 times a week and the staff is great. The director Mrs Erica is the nicest I have met to be in her seat. I want to thank her for kindness her care for being so nice and caring. Her assistant Kayla is great also.My hat goes off to these two ladies. Thanks for showing that caring is more than just a job. I recommend them to anyone in town.
