• I recently had the opportunity to visit Highlands Senior Living in Norcross and was genuinely impressed by the atmosphere, professionalism, and warmth throughout the community. Edricka Hilton, Director of Memory Care, was especially welcoming, attentive, and compassionate in her interactions. My experience with the entire staff was very positive, and it was clear that there is a sincere commitment to caring for residents with dignity, patience, and respect. The environment felt engaging, supportive, and resident-centered. Thank you to Edricka and the Highlands team for the excellent impression and the work you do each day for residents and familisea.

• I had to move my husband from another facility. Short after he moved to highland, I noticed an improvement: he started to talk again, walk and eat. He seemed happier here. The staff was amazing. Edricka and Jenohn did a fantastic job, every time I had a concern, this was addressed fast and in a timely manner. They took good care of him until the day he departed.
