From the moment I walked in, the environment felt warm, welcoming, and well cared for. Haven was absolutely amazing throughout the entire visit. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood every step of the process. What stood out the most was how friendly and genuine he is—you can tell he truly cares about the residents and their families. Making a decision like this can be overwhelming, but Haven made the experience so much easier and more comforting. • My mom has been a resident here for over a year. Since the beginning, AnneMary, Erika, Catherine, Tracy, and really most all the staff I've interacted with have been so so kind and helpful. It's not easy assisting a loved one that needs daily help. They have been very informative and understanding. I would and do recommend the Cartersville location to friends. • In the short time my father-in-law has been a resident here, the support our family has received has been truly remarkable. The staff has been compassionate, patient, and incredibly responsive during a very difficult transition. What truly sets this community apart is that it is family-owned, not corporately run… and it shows. The administrator, Annemarie, is fully involved, always available, and has personal experience with dementia/Alzheimer’s, which has made all the difference for our family. We are very new to this disease & we immediately felt supported from day one. We are deeply grateful for the care, professionalism, and genuine compassion.
